SA: Union tells of research on GST
ADELAIDE, Feb 23 AAP - Low income earners would be up to $1,000 a year worse off under a
GST and everyone would pay more for government services, a Senate inquiry was told in Adelaide
today.
The South Australian Public Service Association said research recently conducted by
Adelaide University's centre for Labour Research revealed public administration costs would
jump by as much as eight per cent.
