Qld: Opposition appalled at gagging of young sailor and family

BRISBANE, Feb 24 AAP - The gagging of a courageous young sailor who knew the Howardgovernment's children overboard claims were false was condemned today by the federal opposition.
Calling for the truth to be revealed, Opposition Deputy Leader Jenny Macklin she saidthe issue was "grossly misrepresented" during the election campaign.
All those involved in the incident, including the crew of HMAS Adelaide, should beencouraged to speak out, she said.
