AIChE is your home for professional growth and security. In this era of globalization and downsizing, it is imperative that pensions and insurance benefits be portable and a professional organization can do that. Practicing engineers rely on their professional organization to keep up-todate. AIChE can partner with similar organizations globally to insure the highest worldwide standards of ethics, including safety and environmental. While chemical engineering attracts more women than other engineering fields (about double), women in the workforce sometimes face extra problems.
