NSW: Man dies, woman in coma after Southern Highlands crash
SYDNEY, Feb 21 AAP - A man has died and a woman is fighting for life after their car
left the road and hit a tree in the NSW Southern Highlands.
The couple were travelling on Wombeyan Caves Road, near Mittagong, at the time of the
crash at about 9pm (AEDT).
The man died on impact.
Steep terrain made it unsafe for an NRMA CareFlight helicopter to land at the crash
